Reconciliation Action Plans

Karhiio’s Reconciliation Action Plans are carefully crafted blueprints designed to guide organizations in carrying out their commitment to reconciliation.

What is a Reconciliation Action Plan? The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada issued 94 Calls to Action and these calls touch on every aspect of Canadian life. Organizations are looking for ways to implement the calls in tangible ways. 

Karhiio evaluates your organization’s areas of opportunity in alignment with the calls, offering clients implementable, measurable and ultimately impactful ways to contribute to reconciliation. 

These plans outline organization specific steps in areas as diverse as recruitment, policy and practice changes, philanthropy to engagement.
